The Responsible Person

The responsible person or duty holder has many duties imposed on them by the relevant legislation, including the need to ensure a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment is undertaken and the safety of all relevant persons is considered.
This seminar will give a greater understanding of who the responsible person is and what the role entails.
