RESPONSIBILITIES

- To research, analyse, and implement market and product plans
- To research action points to develop growth in markets outside the UK
- To work to achieve market share, market position and margin goals
- To provide a comprehensive technical service to clients and distributor networks
- Preparing plans and managing budgets to achieve agreed targets
- To manage work load and meet tight deadlines
- Develop effective marketing strategies both for prospecting and developing both existing and new business opportunities
- To incorporate online marketing techniques
- Supervising and training internal staff

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Good general education and qualifications.
- Marketing experience in a variety of methods
- Safety sign and Photoluminescent product knowledge would be an advantage although this is expected to be developed during employment.
- Good general commercial and analytical skills
- Capability to initiate and develop a broad range of skills to prepare, gain acceptance and implement successful strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and presentable with cultural awareness to deal with other nationalities
- Online marketing ability and web understanding an advantage
- Skilled in presentation utilising Power Point
- Language skills would be a distinct advantage

We currently have a number of existing and potential contracts for the undertaking of Fire Risk Assessments in line with the Regulatory Reform Order.

Solutions are seeking appropriately qualified consultants to add to our register of Independent Fire Risk Assessors in the Essex and East London area with a view to become part of this resource to fulfil these contracts.

Total Fire Services Ltd was established in 2003 and has since provided fire safety consultancy services to an extensive and varied client base. The company has three Directors and employs fire safety consultants to conduct fire risk assessments and associated services, throughout the UK.

THE POSITION
We are currently seeking 5 fire safety consultants and trainers due to current demand for our professional services.
Consultants are employed on a sub contract basis with the majority of the contracts being North West based with some UK wide work.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Preference will be given to applicants with recent (at least 5 years) fire service, fire safety experience as an inspecting officer.
You should also possess supporting qualifications such as MIFire or GIFireE and have attended the fire safety modules at the fire service college or similar.
