The toolkits are designed to be 'DIY' fire safety packages for a variety of organizations including Schools and Colleges, Hotels and Guest Houses, Residential Care Homes and Places of Assembly.
Each disc set contains a comprehensive summary of the requirements of the law, a training film on DVD, Power Point presentations, and a variety of web links and checklists.
PSAssociates have sold numerous versions of the guidance discs, Bournemouth Borough Council were among PSAssociates satisfied customers,

Other customers so far, include Somerset County Council, Isle of Wight Council,
and numerous individual schools, colleges, care homes etc.
PSAssociates states that there is currently no other product on the market containing so much information for the owner of an organization; each toolkit contains full documentation and training tools to enable an owner/manager to fully comply with the requirements of the Fire Safety Order.
The Regulatory Reform Order requires organizations to complete the necessary risk assessment and fire safety measures via a competent manager/owner.
'Where there is a competent person in the responsible person?s employment, that person must be appointed (to carry out fire safety duties) in preference to a competent person not in his employment.'
